HI there, my name is Craig Wakker
I’m a passionate creator - a photographer, a musician, and an introvert. Visually documenting music, events, and people makes me happy.
Based a short drive south of Perth, WA, I live with my wife, Jess. I enjoy spending my spare time with our assortment of adorable pets and a coffee mug never far from my hand. A lover of animals and a consumer of copious amounts of caffeine, I’m a bit of a perfectionist and most contented when I’m creating.
Born in Melbourne, I grew up amid the vibrant local music scene of Victorias’ Gippsland region. It was here where, from a young age, I commenced my creative journey into music, the arts, and coffee obsession. In 2009, I hit a turning point. I found myself with my first camera, shooting a variety of live shows where my long-time passions for music, art and photography collided. From then on, I became focussed on capturing energy, emotion, and candid honesty, while telling a story within a frame.
My mission with Edge of Frame Photography is to always go beyond merely ‘taking photos.’ I constantly endeavour to create unique, detailed images and present you with a lovingly crafted collection that reflects your personality and unfolds your complete story - wherever that may take us on the way.
